The United States Supreme Court has seen a massive wave of lawsuits related to changes in voting procedures across multiple other states, increasing the chance for a challenge of the 2020 presidential election.
Texas has launched lawsuits against Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. These suits argue that these states made changes to their voting processes outside of their state legislatures as directed by the Constitution. The state of Texas is saying that these changes violate the Equal Protection Clause, which guarantees a free and fair election for all Americans.
Pennsylvania Attorney General called these filings a “seditious abuse of the judicial process.” This is the same official that declared Trump did not have the votes to win in Pennsylvania before Election Day.
These filings are in addition to many other filings including a motion by President Trump and many other states on both sides of the election battle. These Texas filings help the Trump team and give more opportunities for the Supreme Court to investigate this matter. There have been over 20 filings to the Supreme Court within the last three days, and these could impact the 2020 election result.
The Supreme court needs to hear these cases and make a determination on the legitimacy of the 2020 election. Americans deserve to know the truth about the election, and all states need to be held accountable to the Constitution. President Trump is continuing to fight against the shady far-left leaders and fight for a stronger America!
